Sainsbury's have announced that between Thursday 18 July and Tuesday 23 July, spend £60 or more on groceries in one transaction at larger Sainsbury's stores and you'll get a voucher for 10p/litre off petrol or diesel to use at a Sainsbury's forecourt.
You'll also get a voucher if you have an online grocery order worth £60 or more delivered within the same period, so it doesn't matter if you can't get to a store.
Even with the recent drop in fuel prices recently, it's still a decent saving and should work out as the cheapest fuel in your area, so long as rival supermarkets don't start matching the offer.
You can always go online and check the local fuel prices, in your area, via PetrolPrices.com to check what the other forecourts are selling at.
You'll get your voucher at the checkout or when you receive your delivery. It will be valid for 14 days from the date of issue (the use-by date will be printed on it). It can be used on one purchase of unleaded petrol, super unleaded, diesel or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (up to a maximum of 100 litres) for one vehicle. You can't use more than one voucher per transaction per vehicle.
You will still be able to use your Nectar Card to grab points for your fuel purchase, in the normal way.
The deal is not valid in Sainbury's Central, or Local stores, it's the superstores offering the deal.
The voucher will not be issued for purchases, even if over £60, for the following items:
Delivery charges Spirits and liqueurs Fuel First-stage baby milk products National Lottery products Tobacco Gift vouchers and cards
Prescription and over-the-counter medicines Postage stamps
Saving stamps
Mobile phone vouchers
Travel money
Phone cards and e-top-ups
PayPoint payments

Spending at Sainsbury's cafés.
You can only redeem vouchers at Sainsbury's-branded forecourts. They're not valid for 'pay at the pump' transactions or at 'pay at the pump'-only stations,
